LSU’s Third Scrimmage was a big one. Everybody will
confirm that.
Quarterback Zach Mettenberg threw for an impressive
statistic of 177 yards and three TD’s.
Saturday’s Scrimmage featured more than 100 Plays
between all Teams of the LSU Football Program. The Scrimmage was spread,
featuring Red Zone, Third-Down, and Open-Field Situations for the Tigers’
Offense and Defense.
"I liked what I
saw today," LSU coach Les Miles said following the scrimmage.
"I think we improved on both sides of the ball. Offensively, I
thought we ran the football and threw the ball pretty well."
